Y ou say “no to yourself all the time. Unfortunately, it may not be easy to say “no” when someone asks you for something. Yet whenever you deny another person's wishes you feel guilty. You may have a guilty feeling which makes you give a “yes” to the request while it actually deserves a “no”. Time and again I hear from clients at my live events, especially the women, that they struggle to say No because they feel guilty. You feel good when you deny yourself. Say nothing, but get upset when you clean up her messes. While I'm not as assertive as I'd like to be yet, there is a book I'd.
